A mural celebrating more than 100 years of history of MTS in Manitoba, was unveiled September 29, 2014 in the heart of Winnipeg's North End. The mural was painted this summer by local muralist Annie Bergen, with assistance from youth in the area, as well as MTS employees and their families.

MTS Brings 4G HSPA Wireless Service to Churchill: (October 16, 2014)
(TSX: MBT) MTS launched its 4G HSPA wireless network in Churchill last night, one of six communities to receive this service in 2014. Community members will now be able to download mobile apps and stream video in seconds thanks to data speeds that are up to five times faster than the CDMA network they experienced previously.

(TSX: MBT) Manitoba Telecom Services Inc. (MTS) today unveiled its new multi-million dollar network monitoring and management facility, the Manitoba Network Operations Centre (MNOC). This new facility is unique in Manitoba and will provide 24/7 monitoring, surveillance and management of MTS's critical network infrastructure and act as a hub for innovation, knowledge and communications for MTS's network operations personnel.
