Overview
MTS's equipment is designed to work hard and trouble-free. However, maintenance and repairs can become an expense with any equipment, no matter how reliable. The result can be a large, unexpected expense and productivity-crippling downtime.
With an MTS Maintenance Plan, you enjoy an extended warranty that guarantees priority service for equipment and system maintenance or failures. It also guarantees that we will have necessary parts in stock.
Three levels of service are available :
Total: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Extended: 6 am - 9 pm, Monday to Saturday
Basic: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday
An MTS Maintenance Plan is a fixed cost, so there are no surprise repair bills if your system requires repairs. MTS provides the most extensive and comprehensive service coverage in Manitoba. Our own fully trained, experienced and certified technicians, familiar with working operations of your system, provide the support. We back this up with the largest inventory of replacement repair parts in Manitoba.
