MTS IP Relay Service for the Hearing Impaired
MTS IP Relay is a free operator assisted service that enables persons with a hearing impairment (deaf, deafened, hard of hearing) and individuals who have difficulty speaking to make and receive text based calls from their personal computer (PC). The service is similar to MRS (Manitoba Relay Service); however instead of using a TTY, the person with difficulty hearing or speaking communicates with the relay operator using text from their personal computer over the Internet.
