MTS Bundles, General:

Bundle discount will apply after any applicable introductory pricing. Bundle discounts subject to change.

MTS MyBundle:

Requires a bundle of 4 select MTS services at the same service address, comprising at least one wireless plan and an eligible combination of MTS Home Phone, MTS High Speed Internet, MTS TV and wireless services.

Wireless Plans:

Charges – Price of calling plan reflects fixed monthly access fee and wireless network charge($3.50/monthly). Customer is responsible for all charges, including but not limited to, airtime, access, hardware activation fee, long distance, roaming, calling features, 411 and service/administration charges. Wireless Network Charge helps offset the installation, maintenance and upgrades to our wireless network and covers costs the company incurs associated with interconnection arrangements; licensing fees associated with transmitter sites; and amounts related to federal, provincial, and/or municipal mandates (such as 911 fees, Message Relay Service, Wireless Number Portability, and spectrum acquisition). Please note this charge is not required by nor collected for the government. Additional Airtime Minutes over and above your existing plan are charged at $0.50 per minute. Canadian and U.S. Long Distance minutes over and above existing plan is charged at $0.35 / minute. Unless expressly guaranteed by MTS in a particular Calling Plan not to change for the Term of the contract, rates are charged based on current rates applicable at the time of billing, and are subject to change.

Talk, Email & Surf Plan: Available with a minimum 24-month contract. Talk, Email & Surf Plan will appear on customer’s monthly bill as the Pick5®Smartphone plan at $19.99 a month plus Unlimited Data at $25 a month. $39.99 bundled monthly access fee applies to customers on an MTS bundle.

Smartphone Data Plans: Unlimited Internet and Email access only available in Manitoba. Additional Canadian data over 300 MB charged at $0.35/MB on all smartphones. U.S. data roaming on HSPA devices charged at $3/MB, on CDMA devices $8/MB. Email accounts must be compatible with the standard BlackBerry® Service (not available for customers who require BlackBerry® Enterprise Server access for corporate email). The security, confidentiality and privacy of wireless communications cannot be guaranteed. Use appropriate hardware and software security features to help ensure the security of data and minimize the chance of interception. Unlimited use plans are subject to our Excessive Use Policy. Excessive use may include, without limitation, multimedia streaming, VOIP, or used to operate an email, web, news, chart or similar service. Self Adjusting Plan: Offer available with a month to month contract. Only available with the Internet Express Stick hardware. Internet Express Stick must be purchased separately. Plans start at $40 a month and automatically adjust to the next pricing tier for the applicable billing month when your data usage is over the amount allocated within each tier for that month. Additional Manitoba data usage above 5 GB charged at $0.10/MB. Additional Canadian data usage above 300 MB charged at $0.35/MB. U.S. data roaming charged at $3/MB. See dealer for details.

Internet Legal:

Internet: Service available in select areas. 30 days notice required to cancel service. Actual Internet speeds may vary and are not guaranteed. Many factors affect Internet speeds such as location, customer equipment, topographic and weather conditions and network management. Unlimited use is subject to our Excessive Use Policy. TV Legal:

TV: Standard installation charge of $25 applies. After the 3 month promotional pricing and bonus have ended, call MTS to make changes to your channel packaging, PVR service, or number of set-top box rentals, or services will continue at then current monthly charges (see mts.ca/ultimatetv for current pricing). Each TV requires a set-top box to access the service. Additional set-top boxes can be rented for $3/month each. Equipment remains property of MTS and must be returned if service is cancelled or replacement cost applies. Digital equivalent of channel required to receive in HD.

Home Phone Legal:

Home Phone Service price reflects residential line rate in bands A, B, C ($25.90), Message Relay Service (MRS) charge ($0.25), Wireline number portability charge ($0.21) and E911 fee ($0.17).

Total Home Phone Package: The $40 voice package is comprised of two components: $35 Voice and Feature bundle and a $5 anytime Canada and U.S. Long Distance Plan. $35 Voice and Feature Bundle: As a condition of the $35 Voice and Feature bundle, you must keep the service for a minimum of 90 days. If you cancel, or become ineligible for the service within the first 90 days, you will be responsible for payment of the installation service charges that you had saved by being a new subscriber to this bundle. Voice and Feature Bundle is priced at $35 per month if MTS is your long distance provider, or $39 per month if you choose a different long distance provider. $5 direct-dialed anytime Long Distance: In order to be eligible for the $5 anytime Long Distance plan, the customer must subscribe to either MTS TV or MTS High Speed Internet, or have a pending order for either of these services. If you cancel your qualifying service, your monthly Long Distance plan will increase from $5 a month to $25. $5 unlimited long distance calling available anytime on direct-dialed voice calls within Canada and the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and does not include Calling Card, Internet or data long distance minutes. International rates are subject to change. MTS Unlimited Long Distance calling in Canada and to the U.S. is intended for residential calling. Chat or party lines, long distance calls made using 3-Way Calling or multi-party conference calls may be restricted. All calling plans are subject to MTS's Excessive Use Policy.
