Sign up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan and never worry about whether you've paid your MTS bill again. Once you sign up, you can update your information or add additional accounts at any time.
There are two payment options to choose from: Credit Card OR Financial Institution Account. Follow these instructions to sign up:
- Login to MyAccount. If you don't have a username and password, click the Sign Up Now button.
- Click the Sign up for Pre-Authorized Payments link, in the Billing and Payments section.
- Select Your Payment Method (Credit Card or Financial Institution Account).
- Complete fields on the screen and click Next.
- Confirm the information you have entered.
- Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Sign Up to proceed OR Go Back to make changes.
- A 'successful' sign up page will appear which you can save or print for your records.
Tips
- To update or make changes, login to MyAccount and click Change My Pre-Authorized Payments in the Billing and Payments section.
Your bill will still be issued at the same time each month, so you can verify your charges.
Please allow up to 3 days for enrollment processing. Once this has taken place, your MTS bills each month will let you know when the amount due will be withdrawn from your financial institution or charged to your credit card.

Note: If you have an outstanding balance at the time of signing up for pre-authorized payments, MTS will automatically debit this outstanding balance amount.
