Report a Payment
When reporting a payment already made on your MTS account please allow two business days to ensure there is no interruption of your service.
- Report a Payment Online
To use the online Report a Payment feature, customers must have a MyAccount username and password.
- If you already have a MyAccount username and password sign in and Report a Payment now.
- Report a Payment Using Our Automated Telephone System
Simply call 204-225-5687 (204-CALLMTS), or if calling from outside of Manitoba call 1-800-883-2054 and follow the voice-prompts for Billing.
- Request Payment Arrangements
To qualify for requesting payment arrangements online, the total of your payment(s) must equal the Outstanding Balance from your most recent bill.
- Making a Payment
To make a payment with your credit card, Login to MyAccount.
