To inform MTS of your Notice of Intent to Excavate, you can do the following:

Phone

A phone call is mandatory for multiple locations and optional for one location (E-mail can be used for one locate request).

Fax

If more than three locations are requested, you may fax your requests in to 204-474-2981.

Email requests are reviewed within 2 business days of receipt. For a single request, please use the following form.
