My Network Feedback is a free wireless app you can download to tell us about your MTS Wireless service!
- We are listening to you - What you tell us will help MTS improve our already-award-winning wireless network- help us make it even better!
- Stay in the loop - we’ll tell you about improvements we are making to the wireless network in your area.
- Get tips - help keep your phone working its best.
- Find Wi-Fi - a Wi-Fi Hotspot map that helps you find your nearest MTS Wi-Fi Hotspot locations. These locations have free Wi-Fi for MTS Wireless customers.
If you’ve had trouble with a dropped call, coverage, or your data you can submit a report right when it happens, or send us a report after the fact. We will use this information to help improve the MTS network for you.
Does it work on my smartphone?
My Network Feedback is available for all Apple, Windows and Android devices, and select BlackBerry® devices (the 9300, 9360, 9800, 9780, 9810 and 9900 models). Before downloading the app please make sure that your smartphone software is updated to the latest software version available.
Why should I use My Network Feedback?
We want to make sure our network is the best in Manitoba – so it’s great for you to use and so we can be proud of providing it to you. You can help us ensure the network is working to your expectations by using My Network Feedback to contact us. We use the information from your reports to continue to make improvements to our network.
Does My Network Feedback cost anything? Where can I find it?
The app is a free download from your device’s app store. My Network Feedback is now available from the Apple App store, Google play, BlackBerry™ World and the Windows Phone Marketplace.
