Airtime, Long Distance and Roaming charges may apply when you access your Voicemail, MiniMail® service or Combined Mailboxservice to retrieve messages or to make administrative changes from your cell phone (i.e. changing your outgoing message). Subscribers to Combined Mailbox must also subscribe to an MTS landline voice messaging service.

Text & Media Messaging – Unlimited text messaging applicable in Canada only. All of the above packages include text messages and media messages interchangeably if they include messages. Pay per use messages over and above a customer's pack will be rated at the standard rates: SMS=$0.35/message sent, MMS=$0.50/message sent. Access and charges may vary depending on hardware. For hardware capable of accessing Text Messaging service, a fee will be charged on a per message basis, for each sent message. Some hardware may be capable of receiving text messages at no charge. Check with dealer for hardware details. International Text Messaging and text to email are not included in any Text Messaging Plan. Messages sent or received using short codes may be subject to additional charges over the regular text messaging charge. Unless expressly guaranteed by MTS in a particular Calling Plan not to change for the Term of the contract, rates are charged based on current rates applicable at the time of billing, and are subject to change. Delivery of Text messages that you send to a recipient who is with a wireless carrier other than MTS, will be dependent on that other carrier’s network. Therefore, MTS does not accept responsibility for the recipient receiving your message. Security of content sent over wireless devices cannot be guaranteed. Use caution when communicating sensitive information. When sending a Media Message from your mobile device, you will incur additional browser charges if you do not subscribe to an Unlimited Mobile Web feature bundle. Current charges are $0.50 per Media Message and $0.015 per kilobyte per media message but are subject to change without notice.

Mobile Web – For hardware capable of accessing Mobile Web service on the 1X network, the access will be charged at 7 cents per kilobyte (maximum $50.00 monthly) and 7 cents in the U.S. (no monthly maximum. This charge will be in addition to the per message sent, access to, or download charge for (but not limited to) Get Stuff. The content portals and channels available on Mobile Web service are subject to change without notice. Access and charges may vary depending on hardware. No airtime or long distance charges apply to data transmission. For hardware capable of accessing Mobile Web service on a per minute basis, the access will be charged per minute. Unlimited access is available at a flat per month charge. Check with dealer for hardware details. Unless expressly guaranteed by MTS in a particular Calling Plan not to change for the Term of the contract, rates are charged based on current rates applicable at the time of billing, and are subject to change. Unlimited Mobile Web service plan applicable to Mobile Web service usage in Canada only.

Pay per use, roaming and other charges may apply – Texts above allotted number result in Pay Per Use (PPU) rates. Text and media messaging bundles include messages sent and received in Canada using only Canadian phone numbers. Additional International and Roaming charges may apply to messages sent or received outside of Canada, messages sent or received to a non-Canadian number and texts sent to email addresses.
