Wireless Protection Program
The MTS Wireless Protection Program, administered by eSecuritel, is designed to give you peace of mind. By signing up, you can save time, money, and hassle if your wireless device is ever lost, stolen, accidentally damaged (including water damage), or malfunctioning. With this program you will be provided with a brand new replacement device with like or comparable features.
Prices:
The Complete Program covers you for accidental damage (including liquid damage), loss, theft, and malfunction after the manufacturer warranty expires. It has a monthly fee of $7.00 which combines the Enhanced and Extended Warranty Programs.
The Enhanced Program covers you for accidental damage (including liquid damage), loss, and theft. It has a monthly fee of $5.00.
The Extended Warranty Program covers you from malfunction after the manufacturer warranty expires. It has a monthly fee of $3.00.

Eligibility
To be eligible for coverage immediately, enroll in the MTS Wireless Protection Program when you activate your new wireless device from MTS. To enroll in the Wireless Protection Program at a later date, please call (204) 225-5687 or visit any MTS Dealer within 30 days of your original purchase.
The Wireless Protection Program is not available for iPhones.
Please keep in mind that normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage to your device will not be covered under any of these plans.
Look for the program charge on your monthly MTS statement.
There is a one-time deductible for each approved claim. The deductible ranges from $60-$190, based on the make and model of your phone. To see your exact deductible amount, simply visit the eSecuritel website and set up your personal account.
The deductible must be paid to eSecuritel before you receive your replacement phone. You are allowed a maximum of two claims within a 12 month period beginning with the first date of loss.
How to File a Claim
Call MTS Customer Care
If your device was lost or stolen, call MTS customer care at (204) 225-5687 to suspend your service and prevent the unauthorized use of your account. A police report may be required if a theft has occurred.
Call eSecuritel
In the case of accidental damage, loss, theft or malfunction, eSecuritel will provide simple and fast help. Just call eSecuritel's Customer Care Center at (888) 324-7730 or visit the eSecuritel website. Claims must be reported within 60 days of the incident and proof of loss and/or ownership must be provided upon request. Only the account holder or authorized party may file a claim.
Claims may be filed 7 days a week
- Monday to Saturday: 7am – 8pm CST
- Sunday: 11am – 8pm CST

Please have the following information ready:
- The wireless phone number
- The account holder's billing address
- Wireless phone model and unique serial number (also called an ESN, IMEI, or MEID)
- Date, time, location and detailed description of the incident
- Police report number (if theft occurred)
Pay Deductible & Receive Replacement Handset
The deductible must be paid to eSecuritel before you receive your replacement phone. If your claim is approved, within 60 days you will be directed to one of our MTS Connect Stores or MTS dealer locations to pick up your replacement device. A deductible will be collected by eSecuritel based on the make and model of the device, a minimum of $60 or maximum of $190. Please visit the eSecuritel website to find your deductible amount. When you receive your replacement device, please keep the receipt, original box, manual and all packaging materials for warranty purposes.
