Bill Payment Options

Paying Your Bill Online - Currently unavailable for business customers

Make a credit card payment to pay your MTS Home Services bill.

  1. Go to: www.mts.ca/myaccount.
  2. Login with your MyAccount username and password.
    • If you don't have a username and password, click the Sign Up Now button.
  3. After logging into MyAccount with your username and password, click on the Pay My Bill link (you should see it immediately in the "Account Overview" screen, but this link is also located in the "Billing and Payments" section).
  4. The Payment Amount field automatically updates with your Balance Due amount.
  5. Enter your credit card information and click Next.
  6. Confirm the information you have entered and click Pay Now to proceed with the transaction, or Go Back to make changes.
  7. A "payment successful" page will appear which you can save or print for your records.

Tip:

Immediately after a payment is made, your balance due will update on the "Account Overview" screen.

Cheque or Money Order Payments
  • Use our Store Locator to find an MTS Connect Store location with a drop box for cheque and money order payments.
  • Mail-In Payments can be sent to:
    MTS Inc.
    Box 7500
    Winnipeg, MB R3C 3B5

Please make your cheque or money order payable to MTS Inc. Be sure to write your MTS account number on the cheque or money order and include your bill stub with the payment.

Credit Card Payments

There are two ways to pay your bill by Visa or Mastercard:

  1. MyAccount (online) - currently unavailable for business customers:
    1. Login to MyAccount.
    2. Click the Pay My Bill link on the "Account Overview" screen (the link is also conveniently located on the "Billing and Payments" screen).
  2. MTS Express (via telephone):

    You will require your MTS Express Number, which can be found on page one of your MTS phone bill.

    1. Call 204-225-5687 (204-CALLMTS), or outside of Manitoba call 1-800-883-2054.
    2. Follow the voice prompts for billing.
In Person Payments
  • Banks/Financial Institutions - Pay your MTS bill at the bank machine (ATM) or teller at most banks and credit unions.
  • Authorized Bill Payment Locations - Use the Store Locator to find a bill payment agent near you.
  • Payments may be subject to a surcharge.
Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

Notes:

  • The amount due will be processed on the due date shown on your bill.
  • To cancel the pre-authorized payment plan please call 204-225-5687 (204-CALLMTS)

Consumer customers follow these instructions:

Sign up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan and never worry about whether you've paid your MTS bill again. Once you sign up, you can update your information or add additional accounts at any time.

There are two payment options to choose from: Credit Card or Financial Institution Account. Follow these instructions to sign up:

  1. Login to MyAccount. If you don't have a username and password, click the Sign Up Now button.
  2. Click the Billing and Payments link in the "Account Overview".
  3. Click the Sign up for Pre-Authorized Payments link, in the "Bill Summary" section.
  4. Select your payment method (Credit Card or Financial Institution Account).
  5. Complete fields on the screen and click Next.
  6. Confirm the information you have entered.
  7. Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Sign Up to proceed or Go Back to make changes.
  8. A "successful sign up" page will appear which you can save or print for your records.

    Tips:

    To update or make changes:

    1. Login to MyAccount.
    2. Click the Billing and Payments heading under "Account Overview".
  9. The "Billing and Payments details" page will load. Click Change My Pre-Authorized Payments in the "Bill Summary" section.

Business customers follow these instructions:

Your bill will still be issued at the same time each month, so you can verify your charges.

Please allow up to three days for enrollment processing. Once this has taken place, your MTS bills each month will let you know when the amount due will be withdrawn from your financial institution or charged to your credit card.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

Note:

If you have an outstanding balance at the time of signing up for pre-authorized payments, MTS will automatically debit this outstanding balance amount.

Online Banking or Tele-Banking Payments

These payment options are managed through most financial institutions. Contact your bank, credit union, or other electronic bill payment provider for more information. When setting up MTS as a payee through your financial institution, please select MTS Home Services as your Account Type.
