What is MTS Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi enables you to access the Internet through wireless technology. MTS is taking your Internet access outside of your home and into public locations and businesses around Manitoba. All you need is a Wi-Fi enabled device, such as a laptop or PDA and an MTS High Speed Internet or MTS Wireless account, or a valid credit card to access your email and browse the Internet on the go.
MTS already has Wi-Fi locations in Winnipeg, Brandon, Virden and Headingley, and the list of locations continues to grow. As a MTS High Speed Internet Wi-Fi customer or MTS Wireless Wi-Fi customer, your Wi-Fi plans will also provide you access to any FatPort® Wi-Fi location within Canada.
How do I login at an MTS Wi-Fi Hotspot?
Logging in is easy! If you are a MTS High Speed Internet or MTS Wireless customer simply enter your Login ID and password.

If you have forgotten your MTS login ID and password please Call MTS (225-5687), or dial 611 (*611) from your MTS Wireless cell phone.
If you are not an MTS High Speed Internet or MTS Wireless customer you will be provided with payment and log-in options.
How do I login at a FatPort Wi-Fi Hotspot?
When you are at a FatPort Hotspot select "FatPort" as your Wi-Fi connection, and then open your browser - you will be re-directed to the FatPort login page. Select the "Roaming Login" tab, and then select MTS from the list of roaming partners. In the "Login ID/Email Address" field type your full MTS login ID (example: user@res1.mts.net, or 10digitmin@wifi.mts.net), and type your password in the "Password" field. Click on the "Login" button and start surfing the web.
How do I signup for an MTS Wi-Fi Plan?
For current MTS High Speed Internet customers please click on the "order now" button, and follow the instructions to add the Unlimited Wi-Fi plan to your Internet account.
For current MTS Wireless customers please call MTS at 225-5687 or dial 611 (*611) from your MTS Wireless cell phone to add the Unlimited Wi-Fi plan to your Wireless account.
