How to pay your MTS bill during a postal service disruption
During a postal service disruption, you may experience delays receiving your printed MTS bill in the mail and sending bill payments through Canada Post. Paying your bill on time is still required and standard late payment charges will apply.
We have various options available to help you find out your bill balance and to make payments.
Check your bill balance with MyAccount and Online bill
Signing up for MyAccount is easy and a great option to find out the balance owing on your account and ensure you stay on top of your monthly payments. Visit Discover MyAccount to find out about the convenient features offered online, including paying your bill anytime, anywhere.
To get started, you need your MTS Home Services Account number, found at the top of any one of your previous bills. Sign up for MyAccount today.
Once you’re a MyAccount customer, you can easily sign up for the Online bill so you can receive email notifications when your bill is ready, and view, save and print PDF versions as well.

Pay using Online Banking or Telebanking
These payment options are managed through most financial institutions. Contact your bank, credit union, or other electronic bill payment provider for more information.
Note: When setting up MTS as a payee through your financial institution, select MTS Home Services as your account type.
Pay in person at Banks/Financial Institutions
You can pay your MTS bill at the bank machine (ATM) or teller at most banks and credit unions. Financial institutions require the lower portion of a bill (bill stub) in order to apply your payment to your proper account. If you haven’t received your bill during a postal service disruption, you can use a bill stub from a previous bill.
Pay in person at MTS stores
You can use the Store Locator to find a store near you that accepts payments. If you choose to visit an MTS store that has a drop box, be sure to include your account number on your cheque/money order. Note that payments made in-store may be subject to a surcharge.
Paying by phone
If you are calling us from a different phone number than the one associated with your MTS account, you’ll need to provide your MTS Express Number, which is the last four digits of your account number (found on page 1 of a current/previous MTS bill). Call 1-844-891-1827 for self-serve options such as:
- Getting details on your last bill or payments received.
- Notifying us of a payment.
- Making a one-time credit card payment.
